Our little slice of Palisade

We’re the Hardings

We fell in love with Palisade the minute we saw it. It is a small, charming town hugged between Grand Mesa and the Book Cliffs in Western Colorado. It is best known for its many wine vineyards and peach orchards. In fact, the property where we are located was one of the first vineyards in the Grand Valley. We have since converted the more climate-sensitive vinifera grape vines to a mixture of stone fruit orchard, pasture for our livestock and various produce fields. However, we did keep and continue to maintain a small vineyard of St. Vincent wine grapes. We also grow wild berries, garlic, peppers and more. We’re excited to be a part of the Palisade Community and contribute our perspective on and love for regenerative agriculture.
