Purple + Orange Cauliflower
Our cauliflower isn’t the ordinary white kind. At Harding Homegrown, we grow six vibrant varieties of colored cauliflower—three purple and three orange. These stunning heads aren’t just beautiful on the plate… they’re also more nutritionally dense and often more flavorful than traditional cauliflower.
Our cauliflower has great texture and a naturally sweet, clean finish—perfect roasted, grilled, mashed, or eaten raw.
Colored cauliflower isn’t dyed or genetically modified—it’s naturally pigmented and packed with extra plant compounds:
Purple cauliflower gets its color from anthocyanins (the same antioxidants found in blueberries and purple grapes).
Orange cauliflower is rich in beta-carotene, and research shows it can contain up to ~25x more Vitamin A than white cauliflower.
When our colored cauliflower is in season, it’s one of the most eye-catching—and most nutrient-packed—vegetables on our table.
